This is a brand new home in the walkable Waterville Valley village, so please treat it with care and be a good neighbor. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking inside or out, no pets, and no parties or events. Every room has a ductless mini split for heat and air conditioning, each with its own remote. The home is multi level with stairs between floors. Shampoo, body wash, and soap are provided.
