Guests will have full access to the townhome with the exception of a few locked closets. Our guests are also welcome to make use of the beach, playground, walking trails and community grounds during their stay!

We have two dedicated parking spots at our condo. We are in a quiet, gated community and people often enjoy walking the roads and trails while here!

Very clean and affordable house with lots of amenities to supply a large party. Easy access to the nice lake and Greg himself was super responsive being very easy to communicate with. Unluckily first night the AC was broken and it was really hot, but Greg was able to come over himself and fix it for us. He even partially refund us and the rest of the stay was perfect. Also the washer is pretty bad at getting stains out clothes and it ruined a shirt or two. Overall, it was very comfortable and it provided my party with a very excellent vacation.
