📌 Extended Stay & HOA Information

This property is available for stays of 30 nights or longer. The extended minimum allows guests to fully settle in and enjoy a relaxed coastal living experience rather than a short-term vacation stay.

As part of the Ocean House community, all renters are required to complete additional documentation required by the HOA prior to arrival. Details will be provided after booking, and we’re happy to guide you through the simple process to ensure a smooth check-in.

Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of the garage which will be locked off with owner contents. Guests will also have access to the full amenities of the Ocean House including pool, hot tub, great room and work out room.
