Gavia Chalet is located in the Coolidge Falls association directly across from the main entrance of Loon Mountain. You will be at the end of a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood. Within the community is the Loon Village Swim, tennis and workout club, and an outdoor area with playgrounds, cornhole, giant chess and other fun activities.

We are part of a family community and being respectful of our neighbors is a top priority.
There is no street parking, all cars must be contained within the driveway. 
There is a 15 mph speed limit in the Coolidge Falls Community.

The host, Greg, was very friendly and made sure that we had all of the information that we needed to make the most of our trip. 

We stayed during the summer and with this airbnb being right across the street from Loon Mountain, we would absolutely love to come back for a winter trip as well." (10/5)

No paper or leaflet for direction of sight seeing location in house , if you are new in Hampshire , it’s killing your time for reach tourist spot. No clear direction for community pool location, we missed it as unable to tress the location, even house pool setup place is worse, my baby was injured in floor uneven stone . Another 2 things we don’t like: 
—2 bad room in basement with share bathroom. Not fit for couple. Also little suffocating feel in the room.
— Another most worst thing is garbage management. You need to collect all garbage, load in your car then throw all garbage bags in dump truck which is 2 miles far away from home. Beware about that, my car going  garbage car with foul smell  by garbage." (2/5)
