Gavia Chalet is located in the Coolidge Falls association directly across from the main entrance of Loon Mountain. You will be at the end of a dead end road in a quiet neighborhood. Within the community is the Loon Village Swim, tennis and workout club, and an outdoor area with playgrounds, cornhole, giant chess and other fun activities.

We are part of a family community and being respectful of our neighbors is a top priority.
There is no street parking, all cars must be contained within the driveway.
There is a 15 mph speed limit in the Coolidge Falls Community.
