The Village at Loon Mountain is a beautiful condo community nestled into the woods directly across from the main entrance at Loon Mountain. You will be located on the Kancamagus Highway just minutes off I-93 and close to all downtown restaurants, shopping, and activities.

You will have 2 dedicated parking spots outside the unit and plenty of overflow parking near the main entrance. There is a winter seasonal shuttle that that passes through the community to bring people to and from Loon Mountain. Downtown is only a few minutes in the car and there you will find all the restaurants, shopping and local attractions.

Check-in was very simple and easy.
all instructions and details were very clear and easy to follow.

Comfortable Beds, Good heating for night time, and good Air Conditioning for during the day.

We really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs.
The kids also enjoyed the playground area near the pool.

Location was nice and Quiet.

And as said above Greg was very responsive and very helpful answering any of our questions and even suggesting local places to visit and eat at.

The listing indicated that soap would be provided, but there was no shampoo or body wash available. The bathroom mats appeared very old & worn, the refrigerator door required significant force to fully seal, which was another sign that some maintenance is needed.  Another significant concern was the fitness center. The facility appeared extremely dated and poorly maintained. Upon entering, there was a strong odor of chlorine mixed with what smelled like mold, & the smell lingered in my nose for at least 30 min after leaving. The fitness equipment looked as though it had not been updated in decades. One of the hallways leading to the area had drywall that was visibly peeling, swollen, suggesting a longstanding water leak & potential mold issue. Given the condition of the facility, it would be more accurate not to market this as a fitness center at all, as it does not meet the standards" (4/5)
